about us
Tiassisto24 is an innovative start-up created in September 2014.
Following selection for the prestigious Luiss Enlabs acceleration programme in Rome and with a pre-seed investment from LVenture Group Spa, in 2015, the company saw a new capital increase with the acquisition of an interest by F.I.R.A. Spa.
From the beginning, our vision has been to create a smart service, a true virtual assistant that helps motorists and motorcyclists in the daily management of deadlines, maintenance, insurance, administrative obligations, and even unforeseen events such as fines or breakdown.
With our modular platform and services, Tiassisto24 is aimed at all driver communities: online users (B2C), customers of local automotive operators (networks of car repair shops) and insurance companies (agents and brokers), and business customers from the corporate finance, automotive and insurance sectors.
We have developed relationships with sector leaders such as AXA Partners, Sherwin-Williams Automotive, OCTO Telematics, Quale.it and Avipop. Today the community has over 32,000 registered users and 350 partners throughout Italy.
